This is a Mid Range Cone 5/6 Clay 

WC391 B-3 Brown- A pliable clay with smooth grog. Great for sculpture (use a high gloss glaze when making dinnerware). Color comes from manganese and iron. Fires almost black when in oxidation. It is not recommended to fire this clay in reduction.

Shrinkage: 10%
Water Absorption: 3%
COE: 7.275
