Event Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because each event reserves limited seating and dedicated instructor time, we require advance notice for any changes. Reservations changed or canceled 7 or more days before the event may be rescheduled at no charge or receive a full refund. Changes made 48 hours up to 7 days before the event are eligible for a one-time reschedule at no additional charge. Changes made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 25% transfer fee. No-shows or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the reservation payment.
